Refund policy

At Mr. Thready and Crew, every cap is custom made to order with your logo or design embroidered just for you. To ensure you love the final product, we follow a proof approval process before production begins.

Our Process:

  1. After your order is placed, we create a digital proof of your embroidered logo and send it to you for review
  2. You approve or request changes to the proof before we begin production
  3. Once you approve the proof, production begins and your caps are made to order

Refund Policy:

Before proof approval: If you are not satisfied with the proof and choose not to proceed, you will receive a full refund minus a $10 digitizing fee. This fee covers the cost of converting your logo into an embroidery-ready file.

After proof approval: All sales are final once you have approved your proof and production has begun. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on approved custom orders unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

If we make a mistake: If your caps arrive with a manufacturing defect or differ from your approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or fully refund your order at no charge.

Please note:

  • Minimum order of 6 caps applies to all orders
  • Production takes 10-12 business days after proof approval
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
