Shipping policy
Processing & Production Time All caps at Mr. Thready and Crew are custom embroidered to order. Please allow 10-12 business days for production after your embroidery proof has been approved. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Times Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (United States): 2-5 business days
- International: 7-21 business days depending on destination
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Orders We ship to over 27 countries. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside of our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Important Notes
- Production begins only after proof approval — this is not included in shipping time
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs
- Shipping to P.O. boxes may result in longer delivery times
